But inside the Americana Conference Resort and Spa, it was a balmy 84 degrees.<\/p>\n<p>Americana&#8217;s Waves Indoor Water Park, opened in 2004, was the first of three indoor water parks in Niagara Falls, according to general manager Lorne Conway.
