The former dairy location is going to be a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.accessniagara.com\/blog\/index.php\/2006\/09\/29\/boutique-hotel-beside-greg-frewin-theatre\/\">boutique hotel<\/a>. It really seemed to be at a stand-still until recently.
