The report was commissioned by the province to look at ways it could eliminate its $16-billion deficit. The casino\u2019s future was muddied further after the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) released a report detailing its plans to revitalize the province\u2019s gaming industry. Although Casino Niagara was not named, the report talked about consolidating underperforming facilities, including casinos and slots facilities.
