Over the last couple of days the workers have been out in Queen Victoria Park<\/a> setting up some of the displays for the Niagara Falls CAA Winter Festival of Lights<\/a>. On the one hand, it seems a bit early. On the other hand, it is much better for the workers to be out in this weather, then cold\/bitter weather in November\/December<\/del>. The festival opens on November 7th, so they have just over a month to setup.<\/p>\n
