One of the city’s most popular restaurants is being reborn.
Simon Kelly and Angela Peebles, the people behind the Regal Diner, are back and hope to reopen the eatery at the beginning of next month.
“We have the keys,” Peebles said.
“It looks exactly the same as when we left it. It’s like a time warp,” Kelly added.
