$100-million condos backed by Chinese investors

From the Niagara Falls Review:

Luxury units that are part of a $100-million condominium project to be built surrounding the Thundering Waters Golf Course in Niagara Falls are selling fast.

In just a month-and-a-half, 60 of the 150 units that range from $283,900 to $1.9 million have been scooped up, said Mark Primerano, a realtor who’s assisting with sales for the 10-storey Upper Vista condominium development.

Construction is expected to begin next year, with occupancy in 2018.
