Adrenaline junkies won’t have to wait much longer before they get to experience Niagara’s newest attraction — Wildplay’s MistRider ZipLine to the Falls.
It opens to the public July 15, but staff have already been testing the four high-speed, side-by-side lines that descend a distance of 670 metres (2,200 feet) from Niagara Parks Commission’s Grand View Marketplace into the Niagara Gorge below.
“It’s a great experience and a great attraction to the city,” said Mike Baldasio, after trying the ride for the first time on Friday. “I just wanted to get up there and try it as soon as I could. I will be going back up again.”
