Clifton Hill redevelopment taking shape

From the Niagara Falls Review:

Consumer demands are changing, and Clifton Hill has to change with them, says Tim Parker, general manager of the Ripley’s Believe It or Not! in Niagara Falls.

“The consumers are demanding more types of entertainment, rather than the stagnant entertainment that we’ve had for years. So we’ve answered the call,” said Parker.

Ripley’s was scheduled to re-open as a revamped interactive attraction along the popular tourist strip Thursday evening, or Friday.

Since November, the attraction has undergone a complete update of its “odditorium.”

“We sort of were status quo for many years, and I think consumers now don’t want status quo — they don’t want to look at the same things they’ve looked at,” said Parker.

I’m not sure when the official re-opening was, but I did notice they are open today.
