One year later, negotiations continue for “Wonder Falls Resort” in downtown Niagara Falls

From WIVB Channel 4 in Buffalo:

It’s been one year since Governor Andrew Cuomo touted the “Wonder Falls” project set to revamp downtown Niagara Falls.

The $150 million project is called “the biggest private sector development in the Niagara Falls in a generation.”

Wonder Falls is one of the major Niagara Falls developments set for the First Avenue area of the city. Last year Governor Cuomo spoke about how this will bring big business. He said, “How do you know its going to work? Because it’s a natural. Just look out the front door of the Rainbow Mall. Twenty-two million tourists, an international tourist destination. Just give them a place to go.”
