Plans to redesign Goat Island in Niagara Falls State Park will be the subject of an open house hosted by state parks officials from 5 to 7 p.m. Dec. 9 at the Conference & Event Center Niagara Falls, 101 Old Falls St.
The format of the open house will allow the public to review the drawings for Stedman’s Bluff, the plaza adjacent to the Cave of the Winds complex, the gorge rim trails, Terrapin Point and the area immediately surrounding the Top of the Falls restaurant.
