From Niagara This Week:
It was short, just over a minute long, but kids from the Boys and Girls Club of Niagara got to do something no one else will be able to do.
They were among the first passengers to ride the new Niagara Parks Commission Incline Railway along with a select group of politicians and other dignitaries.
