Walt Disney considered putting his second theme park in Niagara Falls.
The Niagara News reports that when Walt Disney was exploring locations for a second “Disneyland” after the success of his park in California, he considered Niagara Falls, Ontario.

I wish Disney would buy Marineland there is more land there than DIsneyland in California has, so room for the park is not a problem. Plus Marineland is just HORRIBLE, what a sad state that park is in and the owner should be locked up behind bars for all his wrongs he has done!!! Disney would do amazing things for this area on both sides of the border plus it would have 14 million people within a 2 hour drive not to mention the millions of tourists that visit this area every year!
