Come the spring, the Niagara Parks Commission’s Incline Railway will have a new look.
Construction crews have been busy over the past few weeks dismantling the old system, which has been in service for almost five decades.
“It will be an all season fully accessible system,” said Marcelo Gruosso. “The old system had been in operation since 1966. It has done a terrific job, but its time had come.”
