CAA Winter Festival of Lights kicks off Nov. 3

The Welland Tribune reports that November 3rd marks the 30th Season For the CAA Winter Festival of Lights in Queen Victoria Park and The Niagara Parks are not the only ones pulling out all the stops.  One attraction pulling all the stops will be the Skylon Tower.

The Skylon Tower will be lighted up  using 12 special projectors along with three image projectors that will project images on the underside pod of the tower.

The opening ceremonies on Saturday, Nov. 3, at 5:45 p.m., will include a one-hour stage show, a musical salute to the holidays, that concludes with an appearance from Disney’s Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, who will help flip the giant light switch that will illuminate all of the displays.
