A few years ago there was a fire on top of the building where Phat Cats, Capish, and High Times is located. It used to be the restaurant Casablanca Lounge. Well, apparently it is going to re-open at some point this month as Big Texas Bar & Grill (the small white sign right about the C in Phat Cats says the name and opening timeline).

The Big Texas Bar & Grille already opened on Ferry St. (the old Concord)earlier this year. I wonder if this will be another one, or maybe a patio bar type place run by the same people.
