After less than one year on the job, Fay Booker is out as general manager of the Niagara Parks Commission.
Sources told Bullet News that the decision was made Tuesday and senior staff members at the Parks Commission were informed this morning. Later Wednesday, a news release from Niagara Parks stated that Booker resigned effective March but that she is taking time.
Effective immediately, the commission’s internal auditor, Gershom Moyo, will assume her responsibilities to ensure operational continuity, the release stated.
