Each business that collects a ‘marketing’ fee in Niagara Falls keeps it for themselves. There is no central fund that the money goes to. It’s just additional income for the businesses. I just can’t understand why some hotels are offering tokens to the Seneca Casino in USA and not one of the two in Niagara Falls Canada
