Believe it or not, Hudak skips potentially embarrassing Niagara Falls attraction

From the Canadian Press (via Yahoo! News):

Campaign officials work hard to keep their leader in the best possible light and out of potentially embarrassing situations.

So it seemed too good to be true Saturday when Progressive Conservative Leader Tim Hudak’s schedule indicated he would visit the Ripley’s Believe It or Not attraction in Niagara Falls, Ont.,

Journalists were salivating at all the jokes that could be made, to say nothing of what the Liberals and the NDP hoped would come out of the photo-op.

Perhaps someone at Tory headquarters realized the fun critics could have with a photo of Hudak underneath the words “believe it or not,” because the event was cancelled at the last minute.
