Nik Wallenda’s motto in life is never quit.
So when asked Wednesday about remaining opposition to his plan to walk a wire across the Canadian Falls, he said he’s approaching the whole effort as if failure isn’t an option.
“My dream actually is to walk right into the middle of that mist and disappear and walk out the other end,” said Wallenda who joined local officials during a press conference at the Top of the Falls Restaurant overlooking the spot on Goat Island where he said he would like to take his first step on his wirewalking journey.
