Loonie Museum Day on Clifton Hill

From the Niagara Falls Review:

Playing tourist for a day was a welcome escape for the Hesse family of Niagara Falls.

Mike, Melissa and their 10-year-old daughter Sara enjoyed several of the tourist attractions along Clifton Hill as part of the annual Loonie Museum Day to benefit the Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

“It was fun,” Sarah said.

The Hesse family attend the event every year.

“This is an awesome event for the city,” Mike added.

Sixteen attractions opened their doors to local residents for $1 admission and many people braved the cold to take advantage of the reduced rate.

The event has been raising funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for the past 22 years.
