Brasa heats up

From Niagara This Week:

Niagara Falls is starting to heat up and it’s not because of an Indian Summer that some are hoping for.

Brasa Brazilian steakhouse and wine bar, a new restaurant at the Hilton Hotel and Suites, is heating up the area with its authentic Brazilian dining experience.

Anthony Annunziata, vice-president of marketing and development at the Hilton Hotel and Suites, said the newly expanded hotel imported Brazilian chef Ricardo Zanona who created a menu featuring 12 different cuts of beef, chicken, lamb and pork. The cuts of meat were cooked over an open range and specially spiced by Brazilian grill masters.

Annunziata said the all-you-can-eat buffet will feature over 70 items. To help build the right ambiance, everything from the decor and music to the servers will be authentic.

The restaurant opened for business last Monday, in recognition of Brazilian Independence Day.
