I hadn’t noticed this before, but as Sue mentioned, there have been some windows on the side of Dave & Buster’s that have been filled in.

If I had to hazard a guess, I would say this is either where a kitchen is located, or this is where the big Dave & Busters sign will go? Probably the latter.
I don’t think that it was ever necessarily written in stone, that this was a for sure deal with Dave & Busters. I honestly think that the reason that the windows were covered up, is because until the owners of the building successfully secured a D&B franchise, they were just using their own plans of preparing this to accommodate a similar style of Play & Eat establishment. Once the franchise rights were secured, it was business as usual to retro fit it into their style of restaurant. This is probably why it has taken so long to finish. Just my theory?
apparently the windows were covered because the who;e top floor is a bar area..and that wall was slated to be the actual bar..that’s when they realized they couldn’t put bar shelving etc. up against windows
You sure blew my theory out of the water Sue…lol. Thanks for the updated info!
The Dave and Buster in Vaughan has no windows except the door.
lol lonny….notice there’s no windows on the other side either..we stayed on that side of the hotel once..and ONLY once…it was NASTY…overlooks the smelly dumpsters from the restaurant…lol
there aren’t any windows or clocks because Dave & Busters is casino training for kids.
