Yesterday I posted about how Niagara Clifton Group was working on the space where Shake ‘N Bake was. Well, later in the day I got a better look. It’s called The Hillbilly’s, but I couldn’t tell what it does.

At first we heard it was going to be a Dave & Buster’s. Then a Liquor License Application said it was going to be a Dave & Buster’s. Now, there is a banner on the new building on Clifton Hill that says it’s going to be a Dave & Buster’s.
