Last week I emailed Robert Orsini, one of the partners at the Doubletree Resort Lodge & Spa Fallsview by Hilton and asked him about the construction. He said that the construction is in an isolated area and somewhat removed from the actual guestroom tower. They are enclosing the former outdoor dining area for Buchanans and making it larger. This area to be known as the Parlour Room, will host wedding ceremonies and private functions for up to 50 people. The room has floor to ceiling windows on three walls and “provides a nice, warm, charming event room for smaller groups”. It can also serve as a dining room overflow area during peak times. Sounds nice!
