The Guest Satisfaction Index (GSI) continues to remain a top priority with Starwood properties. To ensure that Starwood standards are met, all properties are required to reach a target benchmark in Guest Satisfaction in five categories: physical, service, arrival, food and guest loyalty. Each of these categories are divided into a variety sub categories that evaluate a guests experience including: acknowledgement when they enter the hotel, check in process, valet service, housekeeping and more. The Sheraton on the Falls was one of only a few select Starwood properties awarded with the Q4 2008 Starwood Select Recognition. The Sheraton on the Falls exceeded all areas of the GSI and scored the highest on the physical and service categories.
