Ontario’s Premier should reappoint Niagara Falls businessman Bob Gale back to the Niagara Parks Commission, says city council.

“You hope a government appoints someone who will speak up,” said Coun. Carolynn Ioannoni, who commended Gale for his often public criticism of the commission.

City council voted 6-1 to send a letter to the provincial government calling for Gale to be reappointed to the commission.
