From the Guelph Mercury:
Now through April 10, Niagara Falls’ Comfort Inn Clifton Hill, which offers guests a great view of the falls, is offering a special winter magic pass package starting at $200. It consists of two nights’ accommodation for two adults (children 18 and under stay free when accompanied by an adult), a $30 food voucher, free continental breakfast and passes for the Niagara SkyWheel, Butterfly Conservatory and Journey Behind the Falls attractions.

I didn’t realize that the Comfort Inn has ‘great views of the Falls’. They must use a huge periscope or something.
With the Quality Inn now gone, and the leaves not yet on the trees, I guess you can kind of see the Falls. Maybe it’s all relative… you couldn’t see them before, and now you sort of can…
Don’t ya love marketing?!
hahaha – working in a marketing department myself, i joke that i’m going to open my own Marketing firm and call it “Hokum”.
When I stayed in Room 711 at the Quality Inn we had a decent semi upstructed view of the Falls. You could pretty much see the Falls through the trees. I might even have photos. I also have photos of the dreaded Racoons who used to terrize the returning guest coming back to the rooms at night.
One thing that was brought to my attention was that newspapers sometimes edit things. This does not appear to be an exact copy of a press release, so the newspaper probably edited it themselves and may have put things in that sounded good, but that weren’t actually claimed by the company.
