Yesterday (Tuesday) I read Monday’s paper. There was a little sidebar saying that City TV’s Breakfast Television was going to be filming from the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark. This morning I checked the BT and Falls Avenue web sites, and there was nothing from the broadcast. I did a search on the Internet, and came across an i-Newswire press release:
This morning Jennifer Valentyne of Breakfast TV, Citytv, made a splash at the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark!
The Falls Avenue Entertainment Complex was pleased to host Toronto’s number one morning show, Breakfast Television, with host Jennifer Valentyne today, Monday February 23, 2009. The Falls Avenue Entertainment Complex is the largest hotel, indoor waterpark and entertainment complex located in the heart of Niagara Falls tourist district and is home to the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark.
Breakfast TV airs Monday to Friday starting at 6am on Citytv, owned by Rogers Digital Media TV. Breakfast TV allows viewers to start their day with news, weather, information, entertainment and on special episodes to travel with host Jennifer Valentyne to exclusive outings. The goal of Breakfast TV and Falls Avenue is to “enrich and celebrate the communities that it serves.” The Fallsview Indoor Waterpark of Niagara Falls opened its pools to various groups in the Niagara Region including: Big Brothers & Big Sisters, Scouts Canada, Girl Guides Canada along with school groups and others who came to enjoy a morning of filming and fun! The Waterpark would like to thank all of its guests, staff, and especially Breakfast TV for a fantastic morning at the park!
