From the Niagara Falls Review:
Next year, the holiday season in Niagara Falls will have an Olympian feel to it.
The torch relay for the 2010 Olympics Games will spend a couple of days in the Honeymoon Capital -Dec. 20 and 21 -as it is carried along its route toward Vancouver for the opening ceremonies.
“Niagara Falls is a great place for a party,” Mayor Ted Salci said, after the torch relay route was made public Friday. “It’s a thrill to welcome Canadians to celebrate the flame and catch the spirit as the torch passes through our city.”
