Here is a “rough rendering” of the new Hilton tower that they emailed me after I met with them. It looks similar to some of the other renderings I’ve seen, but you can see some of the finer details of the back parking garage, among other things.

Note: In case you haven’t hovered over any of the images lately, most of them are clickable and will show you a larger version of the picture

    AMAZING!!!

The whole complex is ginormous it looks like it could house it’s own casino, shopping mall, convention & entertainment complex infact the sheer size of it looks to rival many hotels on the Vegas Strip!

Not sure if they are taking resumes yet but I will be there tomorrow to drop one off!

Even with all the doom & gloom economic news of late, I’m very happy to see that so many key puzzle pieces are coming together for our great city of Niagara Falls, I figure in about 5 years we will be back on the top of the short list for travelers all over the world!

I’m really interested in what the bottom plaza will include. There isn’t a lot of foot traffic (compared to Clifton Hill) in the Fallsview area because it’s mainly hotels, and not much more.

The only difference I notice so far is the rendering doesn’t include the windows on the side of the tower that have actually been put in.

I recall earlier writeups saying there was going to be a convention center, waterpark, 1000 seat theater and restaurants in the base.

maybe, it looks big enough :)

  5. Lonny says:

Drafty pretty much covered everything that I have ever read about what is proposed for the interior of this massive building. Did anyone notice the water in the front of the complex similar to the Casino’s front fountain area. I bet this will look amazing when it is completed… Can’t wait! The only difference I see in this rendering compared to the last one I saw is the roof line is configured a little different.

It amazes me how they can fit all this in such a small space.

  7. Dan M. says:

Well they may call a 10,000 sq ft. meeting room a convention centre, and indoor waterpark their pool with a couple of added waterslides. The base doesn’t seem large enough to have all that stuff in large sizes. I could be wrong though.
