From the Buffalo News:

With Tuesday temperatures rising toward 70 degrees, planners in Niagara Falls, Ont. are thinking about New Year’s Eve.

Officials have announced their plans for the annual, free New Year’s Eve concert in Queen Victoria Park. The concert is one of the signature of the Canadian city’s six week-long “Winter Festival of Lights,” a major draw for the Niagara region.

This year’s concert features former Supertramp guitarist and lead singer Roger Hodgson, Canadian guitarist and Toronto DJ Kim Mitchell and country singer Justin Hines.
