From the Niagara Falls Review:
Three million sparkling lights and more than 120 animated displays will grace Niagara Falls as plans for the 26th annual Winter Festival of Lights were announced Tuesday.
The festival begins Nov. 8 and runs through Jan. 5.
“We’re certainly growing every year, whether it’s internal or external growth,” said Dino Fazio, general manager of the festival.
“We’re now bringing illuminations into the heart of the city … thereby making all of Niagara Falls a part of the Winter Festival of Lights.”
