A year or so ago, the Hilton revised it to be 53 stories, so it has been revised for awhile now. Very nice of Vince to give you a tour Graham, enjoy. As Mr. DiCosimo Jr explained, there is no set standard for story height, so the number of storys is really meaningless. I would think that the building permit was issued for a certain height, and if they can fit 53 storys or 70 storys within that height, it doesn't make it any taller.
