I think it offsets the rising gas prices, to a certain extent, and that's what makes people not want to drive to Niagara Falls. My cousins live out in Belleville and they aren't coming in this year because the roadtrip is gonna be too much $$. I don't think that Tory's whole RST thing is gonna save the entire tourism industry or the economy, but I think it cant hurt.
