Well, I didn’t know what Shisha was, so I looked it up. It’s a hookah smoking lounge!!! Just what every tourist in Niagara Falls has been waiting for. What next?

  2. 2 niagara

    seriously:(

And, how the heck can you have any kind of smoking lounge when we have no smoking laws? Maybe the people opening it aren’t from around here :)

    that’s just plain sad :(
    so much for family orientation…

How come we claim to be green and envoirementilist, this plain smoking lounge may turn into a drug den, where are the anti smoking working group and the regulating bodies ? may be sleeping lol

Perhaps you should have looked further in your research. Hookah’s can (and in this case will) be used with tobacco free herbal fruits containing no tobacco, nicotine or tar.

Good point Enlightened. I just checked the ‘Smoke Free Ontario Act’, and it does specifically refer to smoking tobacco only. I had thought that the ban was for smoking anything. Oh well, best of luck to them.

  8. 8 really?

Amir, really? drug den? obviously none of you know anything of what youre talking about, so you should probably just not voice your ignorant opinions. Hookah and shisha has been around for a long time and 90% of the people that do it have no connection or interest in drugs or anything of the like. Please don’t comment if you’re too naive to understand something.

really, really? So if “90% of the people that do it have no connection or interest in drugs or anything of the like”, that leaves 10% who do have connections and interests in drugs? Sounds like you and Amir agree after all. Perhaps you should re-read your own ridiculous statements before calling everyone ignorant.

  10. 10 really? again

i said 90% because, just like the general population there is a percentage that are involved in drugs. thats like saying that there shouldn’t be ski resorts because 10% of snowboarders do drugs. or no pharmacy because 10% of the people that go in there either abuse their prescriptions or do other drugs. I am not retracting my statement of you people being ignorant.

    Hilarious on many levels.

i had a great time. food was excellent, and the hookah was nice. they don’t use tobacco, they use dried fruit. it’s NOT tobacco.

it was a nice summer night, and we were sitting by the railing.

I work at Casa blanca lounge, and I can honestly say that the people that own it, and all the workers are very awesome and honest people to work with.

The place is not a drug den, and everyone is committed to the customer having a great experience.

The shisha contains no tar or nicotine, therefore making it come nothing close to cigarettes.

Glad you had a good time Ken!

what was in the shisha… dryed fruit ? tasted good, and weird at the same time
