Yet another floor is almost complete on the Hilton addition. As you can see on the lower floors, they’ve also started to put in place the outer walls.

This honestly is extremely slow… in comparison, there’s a condo complex going up along the waterfront in Buffalo (of all places) that I seen transform into 14 stories in half the time it is taking this Hilton to climb. Yea, they’re just getting the shell up first… but still seems that they’re (Hilton) taking their sweet time making any major progress.
They started off quite slow and one point in late fall it seemed progress had stopped. If I remember correctly I think there may have a strike affecting some of the construction. The progress though over the past two weeks have been much better and I think as the weather improves we will see quicker execution.
