Tourism officials are hoping increased marketing will bring visitors to the city in large numbers in July and August.
“We’ve never recovered from SARS or 9/11,” said Wayne Thomson, the chair of Niagara Falls Tourism. “Once you’re down it’s hard to turn the tide.”
