I was driving through the area at around 1:30 this morning and noticed the hill was steady with bar people which was good for a night in March. Also, the Little Caesar's was busy! They should do it like HOCO Does it... put some style into it... actually put some effort into it, and make it look like something. That looks like an old abandoned plaza that just has a cheap new tennant moving in. Hopefully they'll kind of make it more eye-appealing before it opens. Yuk!
