Fave Restaurant: (s) tie between Taco n Tequila and Big Anthonys. Both are not chain, family owned and great atmosphere. One is Italian and the other Mexican. both have low prices and exceptional quality, chain places in Niagara are a disaster in terms of both of those.

Fave Store: Well, to be honest if we are talking souv. stores to me they are all the same, so Im out on this one.

Fave attraction: To me the Maid of the Mist and the White Water Walk are the 2 things I suggest everyone sees while in the area. The Maid being the better of the two. No better way to see the falls.

Fave Hotel: Marriott Fallsview, although the prices continue to skyrocket, but that means people are willing to pay them. I think people who are visiting for the first time, they always want a real upscale hotel experience. However, if you are like me and you come back as much as possible because you love the area, then (this is just how I am) you will stay at a smaller, cheaper place with good location being the most important feature. I HIGHLY recommend Comfort Inn on Clifton Hill. Couple weeks back I was there, and I cannot praise the staff enough. It was the first time Ive ever emailed a hotel to let them know they have a GREAT staff and facility. And its far more within budget than any fallsview hotel…however I will tell you the staff at Comfort is far better than at most full service hotels.

    I should do mine

Favorite Restaurant - Is Betty’s which is actually in Chippawa but still considered Niagara Falls. All their food is homemade, the portions are very good and the desserts are to die for. The prices are very reasonable.

Favorite Store - Is the Centre Gift shop on Lundy’s Lane. We like going there because they sell Boyd’s Bears, Cherished Teddies and Precious Moments are clearance ridiculous prices.

Favorite Attraction - My nieces love going to Ghostblasters - They love trying to shoot at the targets and see who got the highest score. Cosmic Coaster is also great it is compatible to Ripley’s moving theatre but, the price is alot lower. They never leave the Cosmic coaster without laughing do to the enjoyment

Favorite Hotel - Quality Inn on Clifton Hill - We stay there whenever we go. You don’t pay for parking, the service is great, the rooms are clean, and the hotel does whatever it takes it seems to make you happy. But we always know to watch out coming back to our hotel in the dark there is usually raccoons running around the parking lot. We can see them sleeping in the trees during the day from our hotel room plus you can see the falls from our room through the trees.
