Hello!

I don't know if they made a million when I was there last weekend! 2/3 of the main Disney displays were not working! Aladdin, Tinkerbell, the Lion King, Toy Story, Princesses...and more I can't remember all the ones that remained dark Saturday night. It was disappointing considering it was the best weather that I can remember, and we were all out there with our cameras!

Anyway, I saw some of the improvements including a big "Canada Welcomes You" sign that magically switched from the Canadian to the American Flag. It was REALLY well done and a beautiful display they should consider leaving up year-round!

A lot of new lights went into the Dufferin displays. Almost all of the trees along the left side of the drive were wrapped (in some portion) in lights. It was a really nice effect and enhances the drive immensely!

Other than that our time was spent at Niagara-on-the-Lake and Pen Centre - investing in the Canadian economy instead of donating to the Casino! : ) Northern reflections is going to have a stellar year if I have anything to do with it! NOTL had some kind of Christmas-Tree-Decorating event where they closed of Queen Street around the Clocktower. If anyone can shed some light on what that event is all about I would appreciate it.

Breakfast at Falls Manor and dinner at East Side Marios (Have the ice cream cake!)...all-in-all a lot of fun with the family!
