NOTL has a british or irish pub on Queen St. that looks like it goes into a basement but still looks nice. I could swear I remember at least three other places that have occupied that same area, including a video arcade & a really cheesy gift-shop. It's kind of ashame... but location location location is key and although traffic through there is high, the way it's facing & how you step below is a deterrant that doesn't bring pedestrian traffic off of Clifton Hill. Maybe best served as a restaurant? I hope the next renters have more success. That location is not a successful location.
