I love this blog!!! I came across it recently and have added it to my bookmarks and check in often. My husband and I have been to the falls five times since 2001 (our last visit was 3 summers ago though), and BOY has it changed! I can tell from this blog that the next time we visit, everything will be different up there. Maybe that is part of what we like about the falls, there is always something new to do. The last time we visited, we came on a bus day-trip with our parents. The new casino was just opening, but we spent our time near the falls and the parks. I was a bit disappointed with the opening in the trees that lead to the new casino. One of the things I liked about the falls, was that the park area and the 'tourist' area were separated by the trees giving you the choice of relaxing in the parks or joining in on the hustle and bustle of the other attractions. I am hoping that was temporary and the trees will be allowed to grow back. We hope to visit again in the future!!
