There\'s been no announcement of their topple tower and never made mention of a rockin\' tug they recieved last year, why would they open their mouth now? It looks like they used a spray concrete which is why it went up so quick, but doesn\'t appear the Niagara Falls recreation will be completed (or done). Maybe it\'ll be done in two phases?
