Another Restaurant and Retail Location

Last fall some demolition took place in a lot beside the Clarion President Hotel & Suites By The Falls and across from the Movieland/Clifton Hill billboard.

I noticed yesterday that there was a notice of a public hearing:

Variances from the minimum setback from the centre line of Stanley Avenue and from the “lot” definition of the by-law for the construction of a restaurant & retail outlet

The lot has been empty for a year already. I don’t know what the outcome of the meetings were. if I find anything out, I’ll post it.
