Graham - a portion of the north side will see redevelopment in 7 years when the lease for many of the businesses expire. I’ve heard the property is already for sale. Until then don’t expect any big developments.

If only the various owners/operators on the north side of Clifton Hill would put as much money and care into their properties, Clifton Hill would be a much better district.
