Once the lease was up, the owner didn't renew it and redeveloped the building as an expanded Wendy's, a new Fun Factory retail store, and the new Movieland. It it quite the Hollywood experience. All sets are extremely life like and I was spooked and goose bumped by the horror section. Definitely a must see and well worth the price!!!
